The house boasts a sunny open layout, and new high-end finishes throughout. Kitchen has custom cabinetry and granite counter tops and is stocked with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. Main floor is designed for your entertainment; with 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. Full bathrooms are located on both floors. Patio table, seating area, BBQ and small garden are set beside an ample grass area ready to make your outdoor entertaining a dream.
This impeccable location cannot be beat!! Located in the picturesque Garden District neighborhood in the heart of Downtown. It is a short walk to Sherman Ave, the CDA Resort, and the shores of Lake Coeur D'Alene!

City Park and Public Beach, on the beautiful shores of Lake Coeur D'Alene, will provide you with sunny life-guarded beaches, the popular Fort Sherman Playground, and boat, paddle board, kayak & canoe rentals.
